Alamo's Full Warranty
The Magnuson-Moss Consumer Act of 1975 requires all warranties
that cannot qualify as "Full Warranties" to be prominently labeled
"Limited Warranty". With your instrument, Alamo gives you one of
the best warranties in the industry -- Alamo's Full Warranty.
Alamo's warranty service attitude has always been the same, and
remains the same today. That is, if an instrument is defective,
we will make it right at no cost to the customer, and with as little
inconvenience as possible.
Our Promise to You
Conditions of the Warranty
If, during the specified period from the date of original
purchase, your instrument is found by Alamo to have a defect in
material or workmanship, Alamo will repair such defect without charge
for parts or labor. In the event Alamo determines that the defect
cannot be repaired, then Alamo is willing to replace the defective
instrument with an identical one, or one which is a reasonable equivalent.
Naturally, normal maintenance work such as tuning or regulation,
as the results of normal wear, are not covered by this warranty,
and the warranty only applies to instruments sold for home use within
Alamo's trade area.
