This Grand Concert boasts back and sides of solid mahogany, yielding a punchy, focused midrange character with a dry, woody quality. A top of Western Red cedar adds a warm attack with remarkable soft-touch sensitivity, producing notes that bloom with depth and sweetness. Inside, our scalloped V-Class bracing offers enhanced open-string resonance and sustain, while the long-tenon Action Control Neck dials up more warmth while making it easy to set your preferred string height in minutes. The 12-fret design beautifully complements the accommodating Grand Concert frame, reducing string tension for a slinky, relaxed feel. Appointments include white body binding with black/white/black trim, a single-ring green abalone rosette, a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard, Meridian inlays in Italian acrylic, and a full-body gloss finish.

Overview:
﹒Solid cedar top for a warm, touch-sensitive response
﹒Mahogany back and sides for a woody, focused midrange
﹒12-fret design offers an intimate, relaxed, responsive feel
﹒Scalloped V-Class bracing adds more volume, sustain and low-end presence
﹒Includes Claria electronics and a deluxe hardshell case

Features:
﹒Grand Concert
A compact shape with a clear, articulate voice, strong sustain, and a highly touch-sensitive, expressive response.

﹒Neo-tropical Mahogany

﹒Action Control Neck
Building on Taylor's legacy of easy-playing necks, the new Action Control Neck pairs a long-tenon joint for added warmth and depth with a patented system for effortless string height adjustment.

﹒Western Red Cedar
A true performer for those with a lighter touch, cedar tops yield extra warmth and pair nicely with mahogany and rosewood.

﹒The Claria Acoustic Pickup System
Designed for reliability and ease of use, the Claria System features a reimagined piezo pickup that delivers clear, versatile acoustic tone for any application.

﹒Venetian Cutaway
The Venetian cutaway is known for its soft, round lines.
