Antigua's Model 25 tenor saxophone features the same body and enlarged bell as their popular PowerBell series. The soldered rings on the drawn tone holes offer similar advantages as rolled tone holes, but with a more consistent pad seat. This model is cryogenically treated, a process that realigns the molecules. This treatment can increase the strength of the brass, improve corrosion resistance, and reduce residual stress.
The unlacquered brass develops a unique patina over time, making it one of the few horns that gets better with age paired with intricate hand-engraving yet ensures that the Model 25 is a stunner.
