Kimball was one of the biggest names in piano manufacturing in the 19th and 20th centuries. From its humble beginnings in 1857 as W.W. Kimball and Company, the brand name Kimball has certainly gone through some interesting events over the decades. Kimball is an interesting American piano maker with a unique history. Kimball Pianos are some of the best known pianos in the world, and unfortunately, they are no longer produced as of 1996. One of our favorite thing to do is discussion the story of the piano and the brands behind its history. Whatever happened to Kimball Pianos?
