Our Free Shipping offer is available for orders over $50 in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to international addresses do not qualify. Free Shipping does not apply to special orders, oversized/overweight products, in-store used, vintage and clearance products. Separate handling fees may apply to items that qualify for free shipping.
Our Economy Ground service typically takes anywhere from 4-6 business days from the

2 Day Express
2 Day Express orders placed before 3 p.m. (Central Time) ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. (Central Time) will ship out no later than the following business day. Additional charges apply on heavy (over 60 lbs) or oversized packages.
* Orders are subject to a 24-hour delay while AMC confirms your billing information with your credit card issuer. This helps to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft.
** Institutional orders and orders placed using purchase orders are excluded from the AMC Shipping Guarantee. Due to additional processing time, orders that make use of gift cards, gift certificates, or multiple payment methods do not qualify for the AMC Fast Shipment Guarantee until payment has been processed.
Domestic Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 15 days of the orders arrival date* - No questions asked!
1. Email email@example.com or call 1-800-822-5010 with your order number to receive your return shipping authorization.
2. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
3. Please report damage/defective items as quickly as possible and within 60 days of ship date*. We’ll send you a return label and, upon request, a replacement item.
4. To cancel an order, please contact Alamo Music Center at 1-800-822-5010 as soon as possible. An immediate refund will be applied if the order has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, we will send you a return authorization and refund your payment as soon as we have received and processed the item(s) at our warehouse. You WILL BE responsible for the payment of return shipping.
5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
6. Due to health laws, we are unable to accept harmonica returns - those must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
7. We do not accept any returns after 15 days of the order arrival date.
*If you are unsure of your order arrival date, please refer to the order invoice included in your package or call 1-800-822-5010 and we can provide that information. This return policy excludes pianos and financed items.
Damage caused by Improper Voltage OR Willful Negligence
Please note that we will not accept returns on products damaged due to use of an inappropriate power supply. Electronic products sold by AMC require 120 volts of power (i.e., 120V/60Hz) as is standard for North America. If you live elsewhere, you’ll need both plug and power converters to avoid damaging them.
Items broken, destroyed, or damaged beyond repair by willful negligence will NOT be returned. Willful negligence concerns intentional performance of an unreasonable act in disregard of a known harm to products sold by AMC and damaged by consumers.
*Orders in Texas are subject to sales tax.
