Martin O'ahu HG-28K2 All Koa Acoustic Guitar | New

The Martin O'ahu HG-28K2 brings an all-koa voice to the Martin O'ahu family, expanding on the HG-28's unique sloped-shoulder body with a look and sound rooted in Hawaiian music history. Inspired by the Hawaiian music craze of the 1920s and early '30s-a pivotal era that helped shape the modern steel-string acoustic guitar-this gloss-finished model delivers warm, expressive tone in a comfortable, approachable size. Its HG body is best described as a smaller sloped-shoulder Dreadnought with the depth of a 000, offering bold, balanced sound without the full-size feel. With koa as the top wood, it adds strong midrange projection, natural compression, and rich overtones that match its striking look-honoring the past while inviting a new generation to make history of their own

Featuring a unique body size, solid flamed Hawaiian koa back and sides, and a solid spruce top, the HG-28 delivers the unmistakable Martin sound in an approachable, comfortable size-ideal for musicians looking to make their own mark on music history.
