How do the annual tuning benefits work?
Silver includes two years of annual professional tuning; Gold includes five years; Platinum includes ten annual professional tunings. Scheduling, benefit-year start dates, missed appointments and any expiration or transfer rules should be confirmed with the team.
What is included with regulation and voicing?
Gold includes one full in-home regulation by a qualified technician. Platinum includes a Master Piano Artisan visit for tuning, voicing and regulation. Confirm the service scope and scheduling window with Alamo Music.
Is the piano dolly required?
No. The Gold and Platinum packages describe a piano dolly with professional installation as optional. Ask a piano specialist about the available dolly, election timing and installation details.
What bench is included with Gold and Platinum?
The guide identifies an upgraded premium artist bench for Gold and Platinum and specifies the Bench World MODERNA 1G PE pneumatic piano bench as the premium artist bench. Confirm available finish and any substitution details before purchase.
Is the 10-year warranty the same as the service package?
No. The 10-year transferable manufacturer warranty is distinct from the dealer-provided tuning, delivery, regulation, voicing and accessory benefits. Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to Kawai's applicable warranty terms.
Can I combine this offer with a trade-in?
