The Selmer CL201 Student Clarinet is designed to help developing players build control and a focused sound. Its medium .573" complex bore provides slight resistance for a more even, centered tone, while undercut tone holes support a smooth scale and improved intonation. Made from unstained grenadilla wood, it produces a warm tone early in a student's development. Durable drop-forged nickel-silver keys resist bending, and wider pinky keys improve reach for smaller hands. The CL201 is built in Elkhart, Indiana, a location long associated with Selmer's instrument craftsmanship.
