Holiday Piano Giveaway Terms and Conditions

• Contest is only applicable to Texas residents who currently live within the state of Texas and have a current Texas address. Entries from out-of-state will not be considered and failure to produce a Texas address will be grounds for immediate disqualification.
• Payment and/or purchase of any kind is not a requirement.
• Alamo Music Center’s piano contest/giveaway commences with the announcement of the contest on Facebook, and will come to a close upon the announcement of a winner.
• The winner will be announced on Alamo Music Center’s Facebook page on December 22, 2017, sometime in the afternoon, and must be claimed within 48 hours. Failure to claim the piano within 48 hours will result in disqualification.
• One grand piano, will delivered and tuned to one randomly chosen individual who enters the contest.
• Entry into the contest requires the following steps:
• "Liking" Alamo Music Center’s Facebook Page,
• Sharing and liking the  contest announcement post, and
• Filling out the piano survey
• Winner must be a legal resident of the United States and Texas and at least 18 years of age.
• Multiple entries by one person or Facebook account will not increase odds of winning.
• Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Alamo Music Center employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Winner of the contest will be notified via Facebook post.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
• By entering this promotion, you agree that Alamo Music Center and Facebook will have no liability regarding any and all matters related to your participation in the contest, as well as acceptance or possession of the prize.
• Alamo Music Center is the sole sponsor of this contest.
