Independent Musicians... We Want Your Vinyl!
You read that right! If you're an independent musician and you're looking to get your vinyl records onto the turntables of the most fanatic of listeners, we want to help facilitate that! Alamo Music Center will only accept vinyl from independent artists, but don't fret if you have label representation as we will accept your vinyl as long as it doesn't violate your agreement. Touring bands... please stop by, introduce yourself, and drop off vinyl if you're ever in San Antonio! Details below...
- Must be an independent release. If you have label representation, that's fine, but we won't deal with labels. Your agreement with your label must allow you to sell to 3rd parties.
- Limit five per release. We will stock a maximum of two copies per store, and one online.
- Please include a one-sheet with album info. The info should include: genre, history/bio, press, and RIYL (recommended if you like). We need this to marketing accordingly on our website, which equates to more exposure for you!
- This is a consignment deal. There will be no exchange of money until the vinyl has been sold.
