That guitar showcased the new V-class bracing and a host of other features introduced to make sure guitar ergonomically comfortable to play. The range then expanded to include the 614ce Builder's Edition with the same features but with Torrefied Sitka Spruce and Maple instead of the Torrefied Sitka Spruce and Koa on the K14ce BE. When the Grand Pacific was unveiled in January of 2019, the new body shape was made available in three models, two of which were only done as Builder's Edition guitars - the 517 and 717 models. The Grand Pacific models feature: chamfered binding, soft neck heal, compound neck carve, softened wing bridge, and silent satin finish.
