7-Day Return Policy

• In-store purchases: Within 7 days of pickup
• Online orders: Within 7 days of delivery

Return Options

• Full refund of purchase price (less shipping and applicable fees)
• Store credit (less shipping and applicable fees)
• Item exchange

Return Process

• Contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
• We’ll issue a shipping label if needed
• Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after item inspection

Return Conditions

• Item must include RA number
• Like-new condition required
• Original, complete packaging must be included
• All accessories and documentation must be returned in new condition

Refund Adjustments

Refunds may be adjusted if:

• Items are damaged or not like-new
• Original shipping was waived (will be deducted)
• Return conditions aren’t met
• Marketplace or financing fees apply

Defective Products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the defect and packaging.

• If in stock, an even exchange may be issued
• If not defective, fees will be deducted from refund

Shipping Damage

Report within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of packaging and damage.

Refund Details

• No cash refunds – cash purchases refunded by check or portal
• Unshipped orders may be refunded immediately
• Financed returns must cover shipping before refund is issued
• Refunds may be reduced by financing, portal, or shipping fees

Third-Party Purchases

For Reverb, eBay, or Amazon orders, initiate returns via the respective platform. Refunds are processed upon return receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

• Special orders
• Discontinued, clearance, and used items
• Cymbals, tubes, and wear-sensitive items
• Personal-use items (earphones, harmonicas, mouthpieces, microphones, etc.)
• Pianos and oversized instruments

Restocking Fees

• 15% restocking fee on most returns
• Additional fees apply if not returned in original condition
• More than 5 returns in 6 months incur 25% restocking fee

Gift Cards

If a qualifying purchase is returned, the issued gift card will be voided. If already used, its value will be deducted from the refund.

Return Address

Orders, Special Orders, and Layaways

• Reservation Deposits: 25% (non-refundable, store credit if canceled)
• Special Orders: 50% deposit, non-cancellable/non-returnable
• Layaways: 25% down, payoff in 4 months, no refunds – store credit issued (expires in 30 days)
